Segue Software, Inc. pioneered object-oriented automated software testing and is today one of the fastest growing software companies in the world. The first Segue product -- QA Partner -- was introduced in 1993 and was immediately hailed as a technology breakthrough: an object-oriented testing architecture that enabled test scripts to be developed and stored independently of the hardware platform or GUI. True multi-platform client/server testing had been born. By the end of 1995, with the addition of QA Organizer integrated test management and GO! automatic test generation, QA Partner had evolved into the industry's most robust and easiest to use distributed testing solution.

With the introduction of QualityWorks, QA Radar automated defect tracking, Surf! automated Web testing and QA Performer automated load testing, in 1996, Segue is now able to deliver a complete and practical solution to the distributed client/ server testing challenge. Its open QA architecture enables QualityWorks to fully integrate test planning, creation, defect tracking, quality management and reporting. The result is a unique ability to perform unattended automated testing of application software across the various components of a distributed client/ server system.
